The Rescue One team fly to the scene of a horrific accident, where a pedestrian has been hit by a truck and is in a critical condition. Later, paramedics are perplexed by an old woman in critical condition--did she suffer a heart attack, or something else? The crew flies over the open seas where a diver has surfaced too quickly and now has a major case of the bends.
