In the Bering Sea, the Coast Guard attempts a perilous hoist to save a passenger off the top of a cruise ship. In an isolated village, the team hustles to tend to a women whose seizures put her in imminent danger. Out on the Shelikof Straight, five fishermen have had to abandon ship in a small lifeboat and are in danger of being swamped in rough seas.
