Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is DangerTV, 212 E 57th St, New York, NY 10022 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and representatives of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Sweepstakes Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins on [Start Date] at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on [End Date] at 11:59 PM ET (“Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter
During the Entry Period, visit the Sweepstakes sign-up form and submit your email address to be added to the DangerTV email list. Entry is free. No purchase necessary. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Entry Period. Automated entries are prohibited.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) YETI Tundra Haul® Wheeled Cooler (Approximate Retail Value: $450). Prize color may vary. Prize will be shipped only to addresses within the 50 United States. No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.
6. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or around [Drawing Date, typically within 7 days after Entry Period ends] from all eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification & Verification
The potential winner will be notified via the email address submitted at entry. The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of the notification. Failure to respond, inability to verify eligibility, or return of notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Sponsor may require winner to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity Release where permitted by law.
8. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, city/state of residence, and entry for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further compensation.
9. Privacy
By entering, you agree to receive email communications from DangerTV. You may opt out at any time. Information is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or any factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, YETI, and their respective affiliates from any damages or losses arising from participation or prize use. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by YETI.
11. Disputes
The Sweepstakes shall be governed by New York law. Any disputes shall be resolved individually and without class action in a court of competent jurisdiction in New York, NY.
